It was a great experience working with Van and the team and I'm definitely recommending 5* for the service provided. The job includes renovation of our basement and installing of a new toilet, which requires plumbing and building permits and I'm very happy with the professionalism of the API team. I started to look around and received 4 quotes for the job, API Team was not the cheapest but I'm satisfied with the work and services provided, along with the accurate timeline estimation. Also the cherry on top was that Van, the general manager was very flexibile on adjusting the scope of work and changing the design last minute to accommodate our needs.
